A toe tapping selection of 22 old time dance tunes from Scandinavia,
guaranteed to make your feet happy.
Jeff Anderson & Jane Johnson are both self taught musicians, introduced to
Nordic music through family links. Both Jeff's grandfathers played fiddle while
Jane's father performed on fiddle and accordion.
Jeff began playing at 15 and developed his own floating bowing style with some Norwegian fiddlers describe as Hardanger bowing.
Jeff and Jane have shared their passion for the music since 1999 playing at dances, festivals and celebrations. Often they are
with the dance band Nordic Exposure the band featured on tracks 3, 8, 14, 17 and 19.
